Denton's residents have the opportunity to combine the independence of apartment living with the conveniences of university-sponsored housing. Comprised of two buildings, the Court Square building and the Liberty Street annex have various sized studio-style apartments throughout.
A typical Denton's apartment has a galley kitchen and a carpeted living area furnished with:
- full refrigerator/freezer with ice maker
- stove
- dishwasher
- an extra-long twin bed
- desk and desk chair
- two dressers
- built-in closet
Additional amenities include:
- air conditioning
- ample closet space
- free basic cable
- private bathroom with full tub and shower
- laundry facilities in building
