Hall Policies
Room Inspections
Room inspections are conducted to ensure safe and healthy conditions in the halls. This process facilitates the identification of room damages for which residents may be accountable.
Each room will be inspected once every eight weeks. The time of the inspection will be designated by the staff in each building and will be announced at least 24 hours before the inspection.
A fine or judicial action may result from damages, unsafe conditions or policy violations.
