Repairs/Maintenance
Requests to have repairs completed in your room should be submitted online. Log on to www.jmu.edu/ORL. From the menu, click on “maintenance requests”. You’ll be prompted to enter your e-id and password, then you can submit the information specific to your request. If you have difficulty using this feature call 568-7576 or contact your RA for assistance.
