Hall Policies
Lost Key Replacement
Residents should request replacement for a lost key within 24 hours of the loss. They should contact their RA or hall director, who will issue a replacement key from the key box to be used until the lock change can be completed. The staff member that issued the spare key will then complete on on-line work request.
