Telephone Service
On-campus students are provided with either a residence hall room phone with voice mail capability or residence hall courtesy phones in hallways. Students may place on-campus, local area and toll free calls from residence hall room phones and hallway courtesy phones at no charge. Dialing and voice mail instructions for university provided telephones are on the student computing quick-start Web site.
Student PIN Information
A Telecom PIN (Personal Identification Number) is required for long distance calling. Students may place long distance calls with a Telecom PIN using either residence hall room phones or hallway courtesy phones. To request a Telecom PIN, please complete the PIN Request Form. The long distance rate is 8¢ per minute anywhere, anytime in the USA. International, directory assistance and operator assisted calls are billed at higher rates.
