Business Operations

The Business Operations Office is responsible for the oversight of the physical maintenance and repair of the residence halls. We collaborate with Facilities Management to insure that our high standards are maintained for heating and cooling, security, housekeeping services, furniture repair/replacement, and routine repair and maintenance of the facilities. 

We also are responsible for several business processes within ORL: payroll management, work order submission, and budget management.

We strive to create a safe and secure environment that promotes student learning and incorporates sustainable practices and environmental stewardship.
