The Tree Houses

The Tree Houses are located on the west side of Newman Lake.

Students in tree houses are assigned to double rooms with a community bath located on each floor. Laundry and vending facilities are provided on the second floor. A TV lounge, recreation room, study lounge, and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Basketball courts are located outside. Wireless internet access is available near the basement study lounge.

A typical room in a Tree House has:

  • Two single beds with innerspring mattresses, all bunkable
  • Two individual desks with chairs
  • Two free standing wardrobes
  • Two chests of drawers
  • Fluorescent lighting
  • Mini blinds or roller shades
  • TV cable hookup and internet access (wired)
  • Tiled floors
  • These buildings are air-conditioned
