e-campus and Webmail
e-campus
E-campus is your one-stop location for many items of interest to you including: unofficial transcript, financial account, address information, and updating your emergency contact information. Most importantly, e-campus is JMU's online course registration system. You will use e-campus to register for courses each semester. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the system.
JMU Webmail
All JMU students who have activated their e-ID (electronic identity) in Step #2 have access to their JMU Webmail account. Just visit https://webmail.jmu.edu and type in your JMU e-ID and password to login to start sending and receiving electronic mail. Don't forget to share your new email address (e-ID@jmu.edu) with family and friends. E-mail will be the primary means for communication with JMU departments and professors, so begin checking your Webmail today.
- Don't forget to delete all unnecessary e-mail from your inbox, junk mail, sent mail and other folders.
- Click on "Empty My Trash" to permanently remove deleted e-mail, freeing up quota for uninterrupted delivery of e-mail.
Can't see all your messages?
- Use the scroll bar on the right to view all your messages.
- Click on the double arrows <<>> at the top to scroll backwards and forwards through your many message screens.
- Manage the number of viewable messages by clicking on "Preferences".
