      This free weekly educational program offers a succinct commentary and background resources on a variety of health care topics by Pfizer Medical School Manual editor Mike Magee, MD. Each program provides a short video, accompanied by downloadable Power Point slides and a list of helpful Web sites and other resources.

       Virtually all applicants to medical school must be prepared to show some knowledge or interest in the social, economic and science aspects of health care, and Health Politics provides a wide range of facts and perspectives to help them stay current and informed. More than 70 shows are archived at the site, organized by topics such as Public Health, Healthcare Reform, Patient Advocacy and more. For ease of use, students and faculty can sign up to have each weekly segment delivered to them via email.
