| Senior Concert: Feb. 8-9th, 8pm, Godwin Studio 355; $6 general/$3 JMU id. Our senior dance majors and minors will open our Spring concert series with a concert that features their considerable performing and choregraphic talents. |
| Contemporary Dance Ensemble: March 21-23rd, 8pm, Latimer-Shaeffer Theater in Duke Hall; $10 general/$6 JMU id. The company will premiere a new work by internationally known choreographer Mark Taylor with an original score by New York composer Alice Shields. This incredible collaboration is funded by JMU and the National College Choreography Initiative. The concert will also feature a new work by artistic director Cynthia Thompson and exceptional student work by Alicia White, Keira Hart, Pedro Batista, Beth Bradford, and Casey Blake. |
| Student Concert: April 18,19, & 20th, 8pm, Godwin Studio 355; $3 general/$2 JMU id. This concert is always a favorite with our audiences and features the Associate Dance Ensemble and student choreography selected by audition. |
| Dance Day: April 23rd, all day, across campus & Godwin Studio 355; free! This is a day-long clebration of dance featuring activities and events occuring throughout the day across the campus. The celebration will culminate with a performance featuring the work of our own Katrina Toews, and senior dance majors Casey Blake, Keira Hart, and Lauren Spivey. |
