ACHESA is growing stronger in membership EVERYDAY!!!
I'd like to welcome Chrissy Mittiga as our newest member!
We now have 38 members a HUGE increase from previous years.

The minutes...

(For you Patrick)
The meeting was called to order at 5:37 p.m. on February
19th in MOD 123. (Thanks for listening for your name John
Alexa!)

K.Hoffman called attendance (thank you everyone who let me
know in advance that you couldn't make it)

S.Hoard discussed attire for initiation (Sunday best would
be a good way to describe it don't you think?)

K.Hoffman warned everyone who signed up to go: "If you
skip out, we will charge you $12 because we aren't paying
for someone who doesn't show up."

*By the way, initiation is next Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Mrs.
Greens. Good food, good speaker, mystery dessert! (as in
chef's choice)

L.Fleming announced meetings for the remainder of the
semester:
    March 19, 1998 at 5:30 p.m. in MOD 123
        *we will be going over the bylaw revisions,
        this is a very important meeting
    April 2, 1998 at 5:30 p.m. in MOD 123
        *we will be electing officers for next
        year. a new President, Vice President, and
        Secretary will be needed. please think of
        running, it is A LOT of fun!
    April 16, 1998 at 5:30 p.m. in MOD 123
        *look I know that is Greek Week but please
        try to come!
    April 30, 1998 at 5:30 p.m. in MOD 123
        *Senior Send-off party to follow at
        (surprise) Kevin Wurch's house!
Committee heads please plan your activities in accordance
with these meetings.

P.Cropper presented the ACHESA WebPage. It is awesome and
will be up and running SOON (right?). The URL is:

Committee Reports:

Service: National Service Week is April 20-24, 1998.
Jennell passed around a sign-up sheet for anyone who is
interested in helping out. More details to come at a later
date.

Marketing: Mini is looking for ideas other than visiting
the same old classes to heighten awareness about HSA and
ACHESA. If you have any please let her know.

Fundraising: We will be having a car wash on March 22nd (I
think). I'll have to double check on that. Beth passed
around a list for everyone who is interested in helping
out. If you didn't get it and you'd like to help please
let her know!

General announcements:

If you are a senior and have not made a pledge for the
Senior Class Challenge, Team ACHESA is going to hunt you
down. But seriously, please make a pledge you can make it
any size you want and you don't pay ANYTHING until
November. Let your friends know too! Laura, Kevin,
Shannon, Jennell, and myself are all taking pledges. :-)
