Dear ACHESA members:

At the Thurs. meeting we first talked about initiation.
Once again, it will be on Feb.25 at the Biltmore (we can
carpool) around 5:30/6:00. If you will be attending and
have not either emailed me or signed the list at the
meeting please email me ASAP with your name and if you are
a new or old member. I need to get a head count to
determine the cost of the event. Thanks.

If you have not paid dues do it ASAP. They are $15 and
checks can be made payable to ACHESA. You must pay your
dues in order to attend initiation. Julie sent an email of
everyone who still owes dues so please check the list.

The community service is starting the clothes drive today.
All donated clothes will be given to the Salvation Army.
Boxes will be placed in the Modular (at the entrances) and
in Warren. If you want to receive points for your clothes
make sure to sign the sheet and record how may items you
brought. These sign-up sheets will only be in the Modular
boxes (not at Warren). You can receive up to 5
points!!!(one article of clothing = 1 pt)

Pam Haraway announced the SWOT analysis performed by the
Program Curriculum committee. Good job program
curriculum!!! We will announce the analysis at the next
meeting so everyone can hear it.

Finally, we distributed the t-shirts. They look awesome --
thanks to the fundraising and marketing committees!!! If
you have not paid for the t-shirt you must do that before
you pick it up. Mini sent out an email with info.
regarding payment and where to pick them up if you missed
the meeting. (Jen Keefe and Erica Rapport - I will give
yours to you in Cockley's class on Tues.)
