Authorized Payers in QuickBill
Authorized Payers in JMU’s QuikBILL system will no longer has access to their student's account. Starting with the summer 2014 semester, JMU is no longer using the vendor which hosted QuikBILL. We have contracted with a new vendor – Higher One – for all our student billing, on-line payments and installment payment plans. There are many improvements in the new system and we think you will find it easier to use with more information available.
The new system is called Madison Money Manager or M3. Your student will need to set you up as an “Authorized User” in the new M3 system so that you have access to student account information and receive email notification when the initial semester bill or a subsequent bill with a balance is processed.
Your student will access M3 the same way they did with QuikBILL – through their MyMadison account -and the setup for Authorized Users is very similar. You can learn more about M3 in this video - http://youtu.be/lMPOkg8BSno and on our website – www.jmu.edu/ubo.
