UREC's Lower Turf, the turf space directly behind the main UREC facility, is closed for recreation.
This space is now fenced-off. Numerous locations on the turf (which are marked with flags) have been altered for test-drilling related to the future expansion construction. For your safety, there is no open recreation permitted on this field from this point forward.
JMU students, faculty, and staff looking for turf space for open recreation may utilize the MultiPurpose Turf at University Park during open hours.
