Thursday Fac/Staff Fitness: New Time this Week!
**Due to a one-time scheduling conflict, FAST Fitness (Vinyasa Yoga) on Thursday, Jan. 24 will take place 6-7pm. Class will return to 5:30-6:30pm next week.**
JMU Faculty and Staff, are you looking to exercise in the group setting with your colleagues? Then FAST Fitness is for you! These classes are held in Memorial Hall Auxiliary Gym and are for JMU Faculty and Staff only. Certified and Licensed Instructors from the community will lead each of the options for Spring 2013.
Join us for Open House Week January 22-24 so that you can try the class before you commit. The 5-week session will run January 28-February 28.
- Mixed Level Yoga: Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 pm
- Gentle Yoga: Wednesdays, Noon-12:45 pm
- Zumba®: Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 pm
- Vinyasa Yoga: Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 pm
