New Group Fitness Class: KB2

Kickboxing gets kicked up a notch this Spring!

If you're ready to up your Kickboxing skills, KB2 is the class for you. There will be added intensity with more challenging combos, kicks and blocks and intermediate to advanced choreography and intensity.

Class will be on Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm in the UREC Group Fitness Studio.
