Reallocation of the Ground Floor of the Mason St Deck

Effective December 18, 2017, the ground floor of the Mason Street Parking Deck will be reallocated for use by Hotel Madison as part of the hotel’s lease agreement with the university. The ground floor is the portion of the Mason Street Parking Deck that is currently designated for faculty and staff use and is accessed from Martin Luther King, Jr. Way.

Parking alternatives for faculty and staff in the North Campus and Quad areas include levels 2-7 of the Grace Street Parking Deck, located in front of the Student Success Center, and levels G and 2 of the Warsaw Avenue Parking Deck, located across South Main Street from the Quad and accessible from Warsaw Avenue. Both facilities have consistently offered significant numbers of vacant spaces during the fall 2017 semester.
