R14 Lot Closing

Effective Monday, December 18, 2017, R14 Lot, the gravel parking lot on Grace Street across from the Apartments on Grace and adjacent to the University Services Annex Building, will permanently close for construction of the Chesapeake Avenue Parking Deck. To compensate for the loss of resident parking in R14 Lot, two new gravel parking lots will open on Chesapeake Avenue between the Apartments on Grace and the Studio Center. The lots will be designated as R14 and R15 and will provide approximately 120 resident parking spaces.

Additional nearby resident parking is available in R13 Lot, the lot located behind the Studio Center at the corner of Grace and South High Streets, and R9 Lot, located in the Memorial Hall area at the corner of Grace and Willow Streets. R3 Lot, located on Harrison Street adjacent to the JMAC buildings, is available as additional overflow parking.
