Red Flag Campaign
The Red Flag Campaign is a campaign that is aimed at increasing awareness of dating violence and sexual assault on college campuses while also providing resources on how to recognize it and intervene.
Through primarily bystander intervention, the RFC encourages students and friends to say something if they notice signs that someone may be in an abusive or dangerous relationship.
|Understanding Intimate Partner Violence|
The University Health Center is using the RFC here on campus to get students involved and to raise awareness. October is Intimate Partner Violence Awareness Month and the week of the 21st, we will be promoting the Red Flag Campaign on the commons, in D-hall, and through advertising across campus.
If you are interested in learning more about the RFC, dating violence, sexual assault, or how to get involved on campus please contact Raychel Whyte, Kim Johnson, or come find us on the 5th floor of Montpelier Hall.
