Junos Pulse replacing Network Connect

On July 15, JMU Information Technology replaced the Network Connect client with the Junos Pulse client for connecting to the SSL VPN Access Service (https://sslvpn.jmu.edu). The Pulse client provides compatibility with Apple’s Mavericks operating system and aligns better with the Pulse clients for mobile devices (iOS and Android) available via vendor App stores.

 

The Pulse client is available for download from http://www.jmu.edu/computing/download. It will also be available by logging into https://sslvpn.jmu.edu and selecting the Junos Pulse option from the menu.

 

Network Connect will still function after July 15, but it is recommended you install the Pulse client at your earliest convenience. After installing Junos Pulse, existing Windows and Macintosh users should uninstall Network Connect.
