Dukes Email Upgrade Complete
James Madison University completed the upgrade of the student Dukes email (@dukes.jmu.edu) to the latest Microsoft release on Tuesday, July 23rd. To access your email, please be sure to close your browser then re-open and enter http://dukes.jmu.edu (or http://www.outlook.com/dukes.jmu.edu). Please note that http://www.outlook.com no longer works and will give the error message "This Account can not be used to access outlook.com". If you have forgotten your password, please contact the JMU Computing HelpDesk at 540-568-3555 anytime between 8am-5:30pm M-Th or 8am-noon on Friday (do not click the online "Can't Access Your Account" link").
