Dr. Eric Boyd Appointed to Associate Editor for JBR


 

Dr. Eric BoydThe Department of Marketing is pleased to congratulate Dr. Eric Boyd on his recent appointment as Associate Editor for Marketing for the Journal of Business Research (JBR).  JBR is an interdisciplinary journal published by Elsevier. Currently JBR is rated as the top Marketing journal by Google Scholar based on 5-year Impact Index (h5). This important international appointment highlights the capabilities of the faculty of the Department of Marketing and the College of Business to be the exemplars of engaged faculty.  This position is an excellent demonstration of our faculty seeking and gaining appointments that allow for an expression of their intersecting interest in research, teaching and service.  As the college and the university continue to move towards being the national model for the engaged university: engaged with ideas and the world, it is faculty such as Boyd that provide the living example of this engagement.
