Dr. Bill Faranda Wins Otto Brenner Award

Bill FarandaCongratulations to Dr. William “Bill” Faranda, the winner of the Otto Brenner Award for Excellence in Teaching in the College of Business for 2015. Faranda, a professor in the marketing department, is a member of the National Executive Board of Mu Kappa Tau, the marketing honorary society, and has served as the faculty advisor to JMU's Chapter for over a decade.

The Otto Brenner Award for Excellence in Teaching in the College of Business memorializes the management professor Dr. Otto G. Brenner who won the award for Outstanding Undergraduate Professor more times than any other professor in the history of the College of Business.

The award recipient is chosen by juniors and seniors in the College of Business at the end of each academic year.
