Children are most at risk – many who play outside, unaware of the hidden dangers on former battlefields. 11-year-old Kolya was one victim. He was with friends near a Ukrainian military base when they stumbled on a rocket-propelled grenade. The accidental detonation shattered Kolya's limbs and killed his younger brother.
