Undergraduate Research Symposium in the Chemical and Biological Sciences at UMBC

On October 25, 2014, nineteen JMU students competed against 200+ undergraduates from 10 states and the District of Columbia in a poster competition hosted by the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).
Nine students received either 1st or 2nd place awards in their categories. Congratulations! (check university news for more information)
