JMU Biology Students Receive Research Awards
JMU students in ecology and botany received research awards at the annual meeting of the Association of Southeastern Biologists.
ELSIE QUARTERMAN-CATHERINE KEEVER AWARD
This award is given by the SE Chapter of the Ecological Society of America for the best ecological POSTER presented by a student at the ASB annual meeting. This year’s winner... Charles R. SOUTHERN APPALACHIAN BOTANICAL SOCIETY BEST STUDENT PAPER AWARD
This award is given by SABS to the outstanding botanical presentation (oral) by a student at the ASB annual meeting. Includes $500. This year’s winner… Jamie Smith and Dr. Conley K.
