Art History Associate Professor contributes essay

Dr. John Ott, Associate Professor of Art History, has contributed an essay to a 160 page hardcover catalogue for Filthy Lucre, painter Darren Waterston’s installation centerpiece of his exhibition Uncertain Beauty, a reimagining of James McNeill Whistler’s decorative masterpiece Harmony in Blue and Gold: The Peacock Room (1876-77). Uncertain Beauty is on view at MASS MoCA in North Adams, MA.
