AWARDS

Dr. Newell Wright has received the Provost Award for Excellence in International Education, given in honor of faculty members who have made a sustained commitment to international education at JMU. Moreover, the award recognizes the scope and impact of creative programs initiated by faculty and professional staff through international scholarship, service and teaching. Wright was recognized for developing and managing international programs in Antwerp, Belgium, including the college of business 300 semester in Antwerp and the minor in European marketing.
