Due to the expected inclement weather, the following meeting has changed date, time and location since the meeting notice was originally posted. In accordance with § 2.2-3707, the university is posting public notice of a meeting that would not otherwise require notice because three members of the Board of Visitors will be in attendance for the university’s Campaign Steering Committee meeting on Friday, Sept. 14, 2018, at 3:30 p.m. in the Allegheny Room of the Festival Conference and Student Center. (Note: The meeting was original scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 15, at 9 a.m. in the Hotel Madison Allegheny Room. The updated location is the Allegheny Room in the Festival Conference and Student Center.)

Immediately upon convening, the Campaign Steering Committee will move into closed session in accordance with § 2.2-3711 of the Code of Virginia. No public comment will be taken at the meeting.
