Sustainable farming documentary to be shown at JMU
"American Meat," a pro-farmer look at cattle, hog and chicken production in the U.S., will be shown at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5 in the Memorial Hall Auditorium.A Q&A session with Chris Ely, co-founder of Applegate Farms, and Graham Meriwether, director of the film, will follow. Attendees will get a free burrito card from Chipotle.
The event is free and open to the public.
