Peter Pham, Director of the Nelson Institute for International and Public Affairs at James Madison University, and George Mason University Law Professor Michael I. Krauss note the connection between the terrorist group Hamas, which earlier this year won a majority in the Palestinian Authority legislative elections, and governmental and private institutions and individuals in Saudi Arabia—which is nonetheless habitually hailed as a “friend and ally” of the United States.
