NELSON INSTITUTE DIRECTOR, GMU LAW PROFESSOR ASSESS PALESTINIAN NON-RECOGNITION “RECOGNITION”

HARRISONBURG—In an article they co-authored which was published today FrontPage Magazine, Dr. J. Peter Pham, Director of the Nelson Institute for International and Public Affairs at James Madison University, and George Mason University Law Professor Michael I. Krauss assess the reports in the media that the governing Palestinian terrorist organizations, Fatah and Hamas, had reached a new agreement “implicitly recognizing Israel.”
