HARRISONBURG—Dr. J. Peter Pham, Director of the Nelson Institute for International and Public Affairs at James Madison University, was cited an article by Washington Post columnist William M. Arkin, who writes on national and homeland security.

The piece entitled “Pirates! Just What Pakistan Needs,” appeared in Arkin’s April 26 “Early Warning” column and cited Dr. Pham’s earlier “Strategic Interests” essay on “The War on Terrorism’s Forgotten Front,” which appeared in the April 20 issue of the World Defense Review.
