Peter Pham, Director of the Nelson Institute for International and Public Affairs, participated yesterday will be rebroadcast today by C-SPAN. The discussion, sponsored by the quarterly foreign policy journal The National Interest and the Nixon Center, will run beginning at 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
