MissionStatement:

  "The International Student Association at James Madison Universitycommits to uniting all ethnic backgrounds in hopes of exploring the cultures of its student body and enhancing diversity on the JMU campus."

 

Three major Programs:

Through our International Cookout we are hosting, returning and new international students are encouraged to attend where they can enjoy lots of food and games with fellow students.  The JMU community will be able to meet others of different ethnic backgrounds.

● As a way of contributing to the representation of the international student community at JMU, ISA will help out during International Week which is focused on China this year.

● ISA will provide opportunities for multicultural learning by having special guests speak to JMU students regarding a wide range of topics in the international field.

● Through ISA's annual culture show and fashion show, JMU students will be given the chance to express their culture in various ways.
