Dr. Thomas M. Bertsch

Dr. Thomas M. Bertsch is a Professor of Marketing at James Madison University where his primary teaching interests are Integrated Marketing Communications, Retailing, and Survey Research.  He has published in the areas of marketing, management, education, accounting, psychology, hospitality, and technology.  His 70 publications include books, articles, cases, and book segments.  He has supervised projects for businesses, governmental agencies, educational institutions, and professional associations.  He has also supervised several collegiate competition student teams that have received awards and achievement recognitions. 

Dr. Bertsch has served on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations.  Also, he has served as publications reviewer for various marketing associations, journals, and book publishers.  In addition, he has done consulting work for regional, national, and multinational businesses.  Dr. Bertsch has a Doctorate in Business from Louisiana State University.  His Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Business are from Northern Illinois University.
