Besides directing product quality of multiplant operations in USA, Mexico, Canada, UK and Israel, participated in corporate strategic planning process, outsourcing in China, India, customer contact in USA and EU countries, as well as start up operations.
1993. Plant Manager, Obregon, Mexico. Served as a rotating plant manager in the start up shaving blade operation in Mexico under NAFTA
1983-1995. Manager Quality Assurance, American Safety Razor, Verona, VA. Accountable for quality of products-shaving, industrial and medical scalpels, developed and trained management personnel in USA and International on TQM practice and application.
