 Research and Professional Interests
My primary research interest is in understanding how individual differences, such as personality and values, impact a variety of workplace outcomes.  That is, my research focuses on understanding how an employee’s personality or values impacts his/her motivation, performance, citizenship behaviors, deviant behaviors, decision-making, etc.  I also study measurement issues relevant to the measurement of individual values.
