Welcome
Management is changing. We have entered modern management,
which is based on research and study. Previously, supervisors learned from
their bosses. They learned practical and time-tested methods and all of the bad
techniques as well. It is no surprise that most of us have worked under poor
managers. Students in my classes will learn the theoretical basis behind making
management decisions. They will also learn how to apply management skills and
to make sound choices that are efficient and effective.

Personal message
Students who leave my classes will be able to think about
businesses in an educated and critical manner. As an employee or manager, they
can recognize effective management and find ways to implement better management
practice. Hopefully, they will be excited about the amazing world of work, be
challenged to reach for a higher dream, and to find satisfaction in personal
success and positive relationships.
