Don Mosman ('85) reports from Iraq
Lt. Col. Don Mosman ('85)
Dateline: Oct. 2005
I'm currently on military leave from my job at Wachovia Securities and serving as a senior military adviser to an Iraqi infantry brigade. We've got a 10-man MiTT, or Military Transition Team, and we advise and train the commander and his staff. We also work with three battalion MiTT teams and a division team. We just concluded successful referendum operations, and we're taking the counterinsurgency fight to the anti-Iraq forces.
Go Dukes!
Lt. Col. Don Mosman ('85)
Military Transition Team Leader
1st Brigade 5th Division Iraqi Army
