The Madison Art Collection
The Madison Art Collection is the home for the permanent art and cultural collection of James Madison University. Located in room 1000 of the Festival Conference and Student Center, this storage and individual study room is open only by previous appointment, although small classes and groups may request a tour or lecture.
The collection consists of over 3,000 objects from cultures from all over the world, from many time periods. All of these objects have been given to James Madison University by community members and university faculty.
