Hard
Copy Sources
It has not been
possible, nor was it desirable, to rely solely upon other web sites for
the information for this site. This site treats a large number of
topics, but not in great depth. A person wanting greater depth
will find it in hard copy monographs or journal articles.
This page is
under construction, but will eventually provide all the hard copy
sources used. On the content pages, the author's name and
sometimes the date and page number will be given. Hyper-links will
join the name to the full citation on this page.
This list is
far from complete and is somewhat eccentric. Any recent scholarly
monograph will provide a more comprehensive list.
