Kin 100: Course Objectives

The following is a list of learning objectives, along with how they will specifically be addressed in the course.

A. Demonstrate a comprehension of the dimensions of wellness, the various factors affecting each dimension, and how the dimensions are interrelated. Tests, personal fitness/wellness plan, wellness activity

B. Demonstrate use of self-management skills to adhere to healthy lifestyle behaviors. Personal fitness/wellness plan, questionnaires, logs, lab connections

E. Understand the national health goals (Healthy People 2010) and strategies to achieve them. Tests
