Mother Daughter Day
A group of mothers and daughters from the Harrisonburg / Rockingham community are invited to JMU’s campus for a number of consecutive weekends to participate in fitness assessments or their cardiovascular health, bone health, and physical fitness. Mothers and daughters also attend educational workshops and presentations given by JMU graduate students and faculty, participate in physical activities and workshops, and learn how to incorporate physical activity into their everyday lives.
