Students will understand the partnership between values and integrity

  • Students will define integrity.
  • Students will list the core universal values.
  • Students will know the steps to living with integrity.
  • Students will be aware of the 5 dimensions of the valuing process.
  • Students will identify their top five values.
  • Students will evaluate their values based on the dimensions of the valuing process.

Students will be able to define ethics and ethical behavior

  • Students will learn Kitchener's ethical principles.
  • Students will evaluate their behavior on the Ethics Checklist.
  • Students will be able to define Ethics.
  • Students will become aware of the standards of the JMU community.
  • Students will recognize acceptable and unacceptable behavior according to the community standards.
