Mission
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) and Ally Education Program works toward promoting James Madison University's commitment to diversity through education, support, advocacy and the fostering of equity for all students, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
Services
- Strengthens, maintains and promotes a campus community that welcomes all people, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity
- Provides campus-wide educational programming and trainings related to LGBT issues
- Offers LGBT-themed books, magazines and videos
- Serves as a liaison to other LGBT resources on campus and in the community
