When a potential student policy violation is reported to the Office of Judicial Affairs, the office has a responsibility to review the report and decide if the student should be charged.
The judicial process has four levels: Initial Charging, Administrative Option Hearing, Judicial Council Hearing, and Appeal Hearing.
