About Civic Learning
The Office of Judicial Affairs collaborates with partners to facilitate student development and civic responsibility. As part of this mission, students can be sanctioned to a number of educational programs designed to provide opportunities for growth and learning. Three of these sanctions are considered Civic Learning Programs: Mentor Experience, Site Experience, and Values in Action. More information about each of these programs can be found on this website.
A Unique Opportunity for Faculty, Staff & Grad Students
The Civic Learning Programs offer a unique opportunity for university faculty, staff, and graduate students to give back to the JMU community. The following documents provide answers to common questions about how to become more actively involved in the mentor and site experience programs.

In addition, if you can't complete an entire track now, we will offer these sessions again in May. It is fine to start now and finish later.
