From: Madison Student Giving Campaign
TODAY is the deadline to apply to serve on the Madison Student Giving Campaign Steering Committee. This is a great leadership activity to add to your resume!
Recruitment for the 2008-2009 Madison Student Giving Campaign steering committee is underway, and we're looking for students to help lead next year's campaign. Students from all class years are encouraged to apply. The Steering Committee works to increase campus-wide knowledge about the Campaign, a student-run, student-giving campaign that strives to educate students about the importance of private dollars for James Madison University.
Steering Committee Leaders will expand their leadership skills, design and implement MSGC publicity materials, assist with planning special events (JMU’s Got Talent), and recruit and train additional volunteers. This is an excellent way to give back to the University that has provided you so many opportunities!
