Sign up for the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program at UREC! MBSR is a program that is based on relatively intensive training in mindfulness meditation and its applications for coping with stress, pain and the challenges of everyday life.
Dates: Tuesdays Sept. 29-Nov. 10 and includes an all-day silent retreat on Nov. 7
Times: 5:15-6:45pm in Godwin MPS
Register by: Sept. 28
Cost: $30. If you attend all sessions, you will be reimbursed. Register at the UREC Program Registration Desk.
